A HUGE thanks to Fit Bottomed Eats!!
By now, you know that we love telling you about our favorite bloggers and websites and this week is no exception. We were thrilled when we sent Fit Bottomed Girls our Chomps snack sticks to try and they told us they wanted to do a review on their food blog- Fit Bottomed Eats.
For those who don’t know, Fit Bottomed Girls, co-founded by Jennipher Walters and Erin Whitehead, is all about (in their words) “keeping a lid on the junk in the trunk”! With a motto like that- it is hard not to love this blog. It is all about real girls wanting to be fit- but finding a way to make it enjoyable. The reason we love them is because they are realistic- they know that sometimes people just need a treat and that crazy work-out regimes and extreme strict diets are not for everyone. There is so much to read on their blog, since each of the now, four main FBG’s (Fit Bottomed Girl’s), has their own blog page and they also have pages on workouts, food, reviews as well as posts about their journey’s. It definitely makes for an interesting read.
Fit Bottomed Eats is dedicated to helping keep that bottom fit- and is aimed at health conscious foodies or (again in their words) “bring a foodie with a fit booty”. This blog is full of great and interesting stuff including recipes, various ways to eat e.g. gluten-free, paleo, low-carb etc., and nutrition and cooking/baking. This blog has the same fun vibe that Fit Bottomed Girl’s has, which is what makes it a great read. We love seeing their new recipes and reviews so are signed up for updates- which we highly recommend for our readers- you won’t be disappointed! There's nothing better than healthy being made fun-which is what they do in their blogs.
