These CHOMPS egg muffins are easy and delicious! Perfect for breakfast meal prep or just Sunday morning breakfast!
 
 

Ingredients
  • 1 T Coconut oil
  • 1/4 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 6 eggs
  • Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning
  • 1 CHOMPS jerky stick (any flavor)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease 6 muffin tins with coconut oil.
  2. Add chopped broccoli and CHOMPS cubes.
  3. Crack an egg into each cup and top with the seasoning.
  4. Bake for 25-30 mins or until the yolks are set.
