Breakfast Egg Muffins

- 1 T Coconut oil
- 1/4 head of broccoli, chopped
- 6 eggs
- Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning
- 1 CHOMPS jerky stick (any flavor)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, and grease 6 muffin tins with coconut oil.
- Add chopped broccoli and CHOMPS cubes.
- Crack an egg into each cup and top with the seasoning.
- Bake for 25-30 mins or until the yolks are set.
