- 1 avocado
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 CHOMPS Hoppin' Jalapeño beef stick
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
- Slice the avocado into cubes.
- Slice the hard boiled eggs into eighths.
- Slice the beef stick into cubes.
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, and top with salt and pepper to taste.
