Creamy 5 Ingredient Dairy Free Chowder
With a cold spell chilling most of the US, we are in desperate need of something to warm us up. That is where this delicious, 5 ingredient creamy DAIRY FREE chowder comes in to save the day!
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 2 cups bone broth
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1 can wild pink salmon (optional)
- 1-2 CHOMPS snack sticks
- Steam cauliflower until tender then transfer to a high speed blender (don’t add water) and pureed with ghee, garlic, and bone broth until smooth. After blending, option to add salmon or any other seafood (clams, shrimp, etc.) or leave as is.
- Cut up CHOMPS into small pieces and air-fry for 4 minutes @ 400 F. Top your soup for that savory, “bacon-y” crunch and enjoy! You can also top with a little hemp seed oil and dip with your bread of choice!
