The CREAMIEST cauliflower mash you can imagine - and its paleo, keto, and gluten, sugar, and pork free! 

Ingredients:

Cauliflower Mash:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, steamed
  • 3 Tbsp of cassava flour
  • 1 Tbsp ghee (vegans sub coconut oil)
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Chives or parsley to taste
  • s&p to taste

Toppings:

  • 1 CHOMPS stick
  • Goat milk cheese to taste (optional)
  • Extra chives / parsley

Instructions:
1. Steam cauliflower, mash with remaining ingredients.
2. Chop Chomps and put in air fryer for 4-5 min @ 400 F to crisp.
3. Top cauli-mash with toppings and broil until cheese is melted.
