Keto Jalapeño Cheddar Omelet

A quick and easy keto-friendly breakfast for your busy days!


  • 3 large eggs
  • 1T HWC
  • 1 Chomps Stick
  • 1/3C Mexican Cheese
  • 1/4 Jalapeño


  • Slice meat stick lengthwise and then into 1 inch pieces
  • Sliced jalapeño into thin slices
  • Add three eggs, add your heavy whipping cream, salt and pepper to blender bottle
  • Shake vigorously until eggs are completely beaten
  • Sauté meat sticks and jalapeños over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, or until jalapeños begin to soften
  • Remove from pan and save for later
  • Keeping pan on medium heat, add egg mixture
  • Cook eggs, lifting sides to allow uncooked eggs to seep under
  • When top is nearly cooked through, run spatula under the egg and flip in pan
  • Add cheese to top of the eggs, and arrange cooked jalapeños and meat stick onto 1/2 of the egg round
  • Gently fold the eggs in half and plate
