  • What is Chompian Rewards?
    Chompian Rewards is a program in which you earn points for making purchases! Once you’re all signed up, all of your purchases earn you points, which you can later redeem as cash towards future purchases! You earn points when you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, or when you write a product review. You can also get $5 off on your birthday! You’ll also earn an additional 75 points when you make 3 purchases over $50.
  • How do I join Chompian Rewards?
    If you already had an account before the rewards system was introduced, you can start earning points immediately! If not, you can sign up here! https://chomps.com/pages/rewards
  • How do I earn points?
    The main way to earn points is to purchase! Each purchase you make earns you points, and $1=1 point. You also earn points when you create an account, sign up for our newsletter, follow us on Facebook and Instagram, or when you write a product review. You can also get $5 off on your birthday! You’ll also earn an additional 75 points when you make 3 purchases over $50.
  • I already have an account - Do I automatically get 125 points?
    No, but don’t feel sad yet! There are a few other ways you can get points: make a purchase, follow us on social media, refer a friend, etc. :)
  • What happens to my points when I return items?
    If your order is marked as refunded and a reward discount was used, the points used for this discount will return to your account. If you receive points for your purchase and then return it for a refund, your points will be reversed once the refund is processed, so those points will not stay in your account.
  • How do I spend my points?
    You can only start redeeming points once you have 250. Once you get enough points, you will receive a discount code that you can apply at checkout! You can access this at the bottom of your cart, or you can see this code when you are logged into your account.
  • I have a subscription - can I still earn and redeem points?
    Yes! Each time a subscription purchase is made, or an automatic charge goes through, you will receive points. Once you have enough points, you will be able to apply this to a future subscription charge in the “add a promo code” section of your subscription page.
  • How do I check my points balance?
    Once logged in, you can check your points balance on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
  • How do I redeem my rewards points?
    You can use your rewards points at Checkout to redeem discounts! Once logged in and ready to check out, go to the Cart page to see the discounts available. Scroll to the bottom of your cart, review your points possible and choose the amount you want to redeem from the discounts section.
  • I was referred by a friend, why can’t I use their referral link?
    This only applies to new customers. If you have purchased with us before you do not qualify for the offer.
  • How do I know what tier I am in?
    Once logged in, you can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page.
  • Can I get points retroactively for purchases?
    We launched our loyalty program October 3rd, 2019 and are unable to retroactively provide points for anything purchased before this time.
