If your order has been marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we ask to allow 2-3 business days before contacting support. Oftentimes, USPS can mark something delivered prematurely. Also! Don’t forget to check your mailbox :) Chomps seem to be delivered there sometimes rather than straight to your doorstep.
If your order seems to be stuck at a location or lost, please allow 2-3 business days for movement. If it still seems to be stuck please fill out our Contact Form and we will be happy to help!
Yes! You can edit your subscription up until the day before the charge goes through. Log in to your account on chomps.com and edit your flavor(s), address, payment method and even frequency!
There are other ways to earn points and you can easily check how many points you have available when you log into your account and check the rewards page.
