Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.?
I am a wellness and adventure coach! I help women get fit for life adventures- through movement, mindset, and outdoor fun!
What’s your best tip on how to stay positive?
Invest into yourself daily- mindset and movement! You become who you surround yourself with, so make sure you're working with people who want the best for you!
What’s your workout routine?
Everyday I workout around 5:30 am- I start with some clean pre workout, my ice face roller, and a glass of water! I love to lift heavy!
How do you consider yourself a “game changer?”
I think that a lot of people struggle with the mindset game and I believe that getting outdoors every single day and moving your body can help you avoid those issues. I feel that I'm making a difference by staying consistent with my routine and sharing it with others in hopes to motivate them to do the same!
What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical)?
I workout daily- whether it's a walk outdoors, a lifting workout, or riding my bike! I also listen or read personal development daily!
