In honor of Global Running Day in June and our ongoing mission to fuel performance with purpose, we’re excited to spotlight Kim Clark—marathoner, coach, advocate, and community builder—as our Chompian of the Month! Kim is the inspiring force behind @trackclubbabe, a running community dedicated to helping women chase big goals, stay safe, and find joy in the miles. After running her first marathon untrained at 17, Kim returned to the sport over a decade later and hasn’t looked back. Now a certified coach, she shares her passion for the sport with thousands—alongside her husband (a U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials qualifier!) and their daughter, who’s already a future runner in the making. From training for the prestigious Sydney Marathon—her final World Marathon Major—to advocating for women’s safety in running, Kim is a true game-changer in the endurance space. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I am a marathon runner - I ran a marathon untrained at 17 years old and then retired right after that painful race. Then I picked it up at 29 years old just wanting to see how it would be if I trained. I got hooked on running and improved so much. I met my husband at a half marathon race in Tijuana, Mexico. He ran in the Marathon Olympic Trials and we have a daughter that also loves to run. We love to share how we have improved our running with others & are running coaches that love to help other reach their huge goals too! What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Believe that things are rigged in your favor. It makes life a lot easier to really believe that things are meant to work out for you. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I advocate for women's safety in running. I want to make this sport safer for every woman so that they can run without fear. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Go on a run! It's the best thing - it keeps me moving, gets me out in nature which is sooo good for my mind, and is incredible for mental health and to decompress. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I am running the Sydney Marathon in August - this the new 7th World Marathon Major & accomplishing the world marathon majors has been a 10 year dream for me! It's even more meaningful now because it was a goal I set before I had a daughter and now I get to finish it with my daughter. What is your favorite Chomps product? Jalapeno Beef How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? I love that Chomps are such a delicious way to support your protein, recovery, and performance goals. I can take it with me when I'm traveling to races or throw it in my bag for post-workout. It's amazing to have high quality protein snacks that actually taste great!

In honor of our partnership with 4ocean, we're honored to feature the co-founder and CEO of 4ocean, Alex Schulze, as our Chompian of the Month! 4ocean is a global cleanup organization dedicated to ending the ocean plastic crisis. To date, they've recovered more than 40 million pounds of trash from the world’s oceans, rivers and coastlines. Learn more about 4ocean on their website and @4ocean on social media. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I’m the co-founder and CEO of 4ocean, an ocean cleanup company that’s pulled over 40 million pounds of trash from the ocean and coastline. I started 4ocean after a surf trip to Bali opened my eyes to the scale of plastic pollution. I grew up loving the water, surfing, fishing, diving, and I wanted to dedicate my life to protecting it. Now, we create jobs for local captains and crews in countries all over the world, pulling plastic full time and helping companies offset their environmental impact. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Get outside. Whether it’s being on the water, exercising outside, or just watching a sunset, nature has a way of grounding you and reminding you why you do what you do. Also, movement. Some of my best thinking and best moods come after a good workout outside. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I’m trying to change the way people think about the ocean by showing that doing impactful things for the ocean can also build a scalable, sustainable business. We’re not waiting for permission or policies to fix the problem. We’re out there every day pulling pounds, creating jobs, and working with companies to fund real cleanup operations. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? I start every day with a workout. No phone, no emails, just movement. It helps stabilize my blood sugar (I’m a Type 1 diabetic), clears my mind, and sets the tone for the rest of the day. I also eat super clean, high protein, low carb, and Chomps fits perfectly into that. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? Personally, I’m training for a few long distance events and trying to push myself physically in new ways. Professionally, I’m working on expanding our global cleanup operations and taking on even more plastic in some of the most polluted regions on Earth. Chompian of the Month: Kimberly Laker

This month we're so excited to feature Kimberly as our Chompian of the Month! Kimberly is a fifth-grade math teacher who set a goal for herself to run 10 half marathons before the age of 30. She encourages her classroom and coworkers daily and uses Chomps to fuel her on-the-go lifestyle. We hope you find Kimberly's story as inspirational as we did! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? My name is Kimberly Laker. I am a third-year fifth grade math teacher in the DFW area. While in college to become a teacher I started running in my free time as a way to decompress from school. My sophomore year of college I decided to run my first half marathon and after that I was hooked. I set a goal for myself to run 10 before the age of 30. I am currently 25 and have run five halves, just ran my first full marathon in December, and am currently training for my sixth half marathon in February. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? My best tip for how to stay positive is by being active, preferably outside! I am a big believer in endorphins and the sun are so healing for your mental and physical health. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I think that I am a game changer because of my goal to encourage one another daily. I love getting to be the cheerleader for my co-workers and to continue to hype them up. I feel that words of affirmation are a huge way to make your environment a better place for all. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? The best thing I do is self discipline so that I wake up during the week at four am in order to exercise. Despite the obvious, of getting endorphins from exercise, it helps me to obtain my physical goals to stay in shape and train for various running events. I have noticed that on days that I take care of myself before school I am a much better co worker and teacher. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? This year I ran a marathon for the first time ever!! The furthest I had run prior was 14 miles. What is your favorite Chomps product? Original Beef How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? As I have been training, one of my biggest struggles is the fueling aspect. I struggle to get enough protein in my diet but chomps have played a huge role in helping me reach my protein goals. Chompian of the Month: Brian Pruett

This month we're so excited to feature Brian as our Chompian of the Month! We've been fortunate enough to partner with Brian and believe you will find his story as inspiring as we have! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I've always had a passion for sports & competition. I played baseball into my college years at the D1 level but eventually had to hang up the cleats when I realized my future was not going to be playing professionally. I felt lost & at a crossroads. I call it my quarter life crisis. I didn’t know who I was and what my purpose in life was. I began to believe the lie that my best days were behind me. Eventually, I rediscovered my passion for training. Only this time, I wasn’t training to win the game or make it to the playoffs. I was training to be fit for life. Training like an athlete & fueling my body with great sources of energy became gasoline for me to pour on my inner fire. I never wanted to look back. Now I create & document my experience on my IG & YouTube. I coach high value men 1:1 & partner with the Ladder app (Team Vitality) to give people the best workout experience on the planet. I get to work with brands that I love & enjoy, while also creating space for in-person summits & events to inspire others to elevate their lives. I believe health is wealth & that we are made to be strong, happy & healthy. Being fit for me means being full of life, passion & energy. Health is physical, mental & spiritual. It’s my passion to pursue my potential & inspire others to do the same. Because when we become more, we can create more, give more & experience more. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Remember always that life is happening for you, not to you. So instead of defaulting to, "why is this happening to me?!" Ask yourself, "what is this teaching me?" Then go through the basic blessings. Your body, health, family or friends, the ability to move & make decisions. A sound mind & potential to become more, create more, and experience more. It's a beautiful thing to remember these things as it keeps us content but never complacent. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I believe I'm a gamechanger because I remind people who they truly are & their God-given potential. I help them see their value, strive for their potential & dream about their possibilities. It's my passion to help others step into their greatness by taking consistent positive action by remembering who they are & their limitless potential. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? It's hard to limit this to JUST ONE 🤣 I'd say movement. It's truly my therapy and my chance to create, gather my thoughts, give thanks for life, dance with my daughter, adventure with my wife, etc. It's the biggest blessing to have a capable body to experience life. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I'll be hosting three, 3 day live summits this year with 15 guys at each. I also plan on growing my local pathos community to 100 guys in person for beach workouts. What is your favorite Chomps product? Jalapeno Beef How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? Linnea is a nursing school student who empowers individuals to take charge of their health, and is focused on maintaining a balanced approach to health and wellness in her own life. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I’ve always embraced an active lifestyle, which has been a key part of my journey since being diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 5. This early experience taught me the importance of health and wellness, fueling my passion for nutrition and fitness. Throughout my life, I’ve focused on maintaining a balanced approach to health—whether it’s through running, hiking, playing soccer or simply enjoying other outdoor activities. My love for health has also shaped my educational path. I’m currently in nursing school, where I’m gaining the skills to support others in managing their health journeys as well. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? My top tip for staying positive is to find purpose in your life. When you have a clear sense of purpose, it acts as a guiding light, helping you navigate challenges and stay motivated. Whether it’s pursuing a career you’re passionate about, engaging in community service, or setting personal goals, having a purpose gives your life direction and meaning. It fuels resilience and brings joy, even during tough times. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I choose to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and inspiration. Living with diabetes since age 5 has shaped my perspective, driving me to advocate for health and wellness not just for myself, but for others as well. In my journey through nursing school, I’m learning how to empower individuals to take charge of their health, using my own experiences to connect and motivate them. I believe that by sharing my story and promoting a positive mindset, I can encourage others to embrace their own challenges and find purpose in their lives. Whether it's through fitness, nutrition, or simply being a supportive friend, I strive to make a meaningful impact and inspire those around me to see the potential for change within themselves. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? I read my Bible, make sure to move my body and hang out with people that push me to be better! How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I am hoping to train for and run a marathon this year! I want to emphasize balance and allow myself to grow in a variety of areas in my life while maintaining a busy school schedule. Meet our Chompian of the Month, Jennifer! An Operating Room Nurse and a Crossfit coach, Jennifer fuels her fast paced lifestyle with Chomps and we're so excited to share her story! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? Hi! I am full time Operating Room Nurse, specialized in Neuro, Ortho, and spine surgeries. Outside of work I am a Crossfit coach who loves to show people their capabilities of bringing out the best version of themselves. Aside from the busy work life, I love to workout, read, spend time with my family and my dogs, and travel as often as possible. I love to be in the moment and with that being said, hiking is where I find myself being “in the moment” and capturing the beauty that the world offers. This is where my good ol’ chomps pal comes in and lets me continue to live the fast paced lifestyle that I do, and get to experience so much of “life”. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? My tip on staying positive is remembering reasons as to why you are blessed! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I consider myself as being a game changer by the dedication I have in every task that I’m given or anything I set my mind to! Having a “determined” perspective on life is how, I feel, gets me so far in my goals and aspirations. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Movement! Moving your body, whether that in the gym, outside for a walk and fresh air, a quick run. Just anything that involves moving my body allows me to reset, relax, and relieve the mind, which in turn allows me to be the best version of myself. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I intend on challenging myself by pushing myself for a half marathon and a full marathon by the end of next year! Seeing how far my body will allow me to go, I feel is such a beautiful thing to experience. What is your favorite Chomps product? Jalapeno beef How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? I am always on the go. I definitely live the “fast paced” lifestyle, which I typically enjoy! Chompians of the Month: Kendra & Kathryn of @kk_fit_

This month we're so excited to feature Kendra and Kathryn of @kk_fit_ as our Chompians of the Month! Kendra and Kathryn are twin sisters who push themselves daily, both in and outside the gym. They strive to give individuals the proper tools they gained over their fitness experiences through both their social account, @kk_fit_ and through their app, Strivebykkfit. Check out their recovery routines and how they sneak in protein. Read on to hear about Kendra & Kathryn's story, tips for staying positive, and the best thing(s) they do for their mental health! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? First off, we are identical twin sisters! We are 29 years old and live in Southern California. We've always had a passion for moving our bodies and fueling our bodies the best we knew how. We own our own fitness app, Strivebykkfit, and we get the opportunity to work with amazing brands like Chomps!!! We played competitive soccer for 17ish years. Towards the end of that career we were introduced to weightlifting where that soon became our passion and it’s something we poured our hearts into. We started sharing our journey on Instagram from the very beginning, 2013 or so? Over the years we had our struggles with mental health, physical, mental and emotional burnout. Which was extremely challenging to navigate being our identity, business and brand were all tied together, publicly. We’ve come to a place where we have re arranged our priorities, putting our mental and overall wellbeing firsts, learned a thing or two about nervous system regulation, and established tools to turn to when needed. In conclusion we are very passionate about overall health, wellness, lifting and about sharing bits of our lives. If we can share things that have helped us along the way, share our struggles, the good the not so good and connect with our community, that’s a big win in our books ❤️ What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Knowing that everything you’re going through, feeling, or experiencing is temporary. Also having structure and discipline with the things that have a positive impact on your life. For us that would be incorporating movement daily, nourishing our bodies, finding time to slow down and spending time with people we love. It’s also so normal and okay to have low or off days, weeks, or even months. Everything comes in waves. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I’d consider myself a “game changer” by being simply, ourselves. When you are authentic to who you are and you can be open and express that to others, It gives them the green light to also, be themselves. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? The best thing we do for our health is make it a priority. Which honestly looks different day to day. It could be taking a long walk outside with a matcha or tea in hand, lifting weights/ moving our bodies, finding time to slow down and relax with breath work or meditation or simply just veg out for a bit and do NOTHING, allowing our bodies and mind to slow down for a little while. BUT most importantly getting 7-9 hours of sleep. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? This is a good question!!! I would love to put myself in new learning opportunities/ experiences. Get more involved with the community that I live in and volunteer more of my time around this topic. What is your favorite Chomps product? Original Beef How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? It’s truly a saving grace!!! Reaching 120-150g of protein a day isn’t for the weak lol. Chomps is our go to snack that we reach for on a day to day basis. We love that it is such high quality and is not filled with the extra fluff. Meet our Chompian of the Month, Kaitlin! Kaitlin is a mom of two and teaches a blended style of resistance training + HIT workouts at her gym in Boise. A busy mom, Kaitlin is the ultimate Chomps fan and we're so excited to share her story! Best of luck completing the Boise Grand Slam Hiking Challenge! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? As a mom of two little ones (3 and 5) and married to my best friend. We love spending time as a family and doing things outdoors! When I am not spending time with my family you can find me at the gym coaching classes or working out. It is a passion of mine and I love helping others through their health and fitness journey. What's your best tip on how to stay positive? Wake up each day grateful for what you have! Each day is a new start and a new chance to find something to be grateful for. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I am a game changer because I get to help people live happier, healthier lives by just doing what I love! Physical activity is the best medicine and I get to encourage people and help them see how capable they really are. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Getting some sort of physical activity in. Whether that means going for a walk around the block, a workout class at the gym, a hike, etc. For me, movement is the best medicine! It helps both my physical and mental health and I am so thankful for every day that I get to move my body! How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I am challenging myself to become more involved with my community (in all my spare time!) I am volunteering at my kids' school, our church, and would like to also get more involved with our town. How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? I feel like between having two young kids, a husband who travels for work, and working part time, I don't always find the time to make food. We are also on the go very often! Chomps is such an easy and healthy option to help me get my protein in! I have Chomps everywhere: my purse, my car, my pantry. I think it's safe to say I have a Chomps on me everywhere I go. That way when I get hungry I am good to go! Chompians of the Month: Natalie Marshall of Corporate Natalie and Ross Pomerantz of Corporate Bro!

We have two very special Chompians this month, Natalie Marshall (Corporate Natalie) and Ross Pomerantz (Corporate Bro), the hosts of the popular Demoted podcast! We've had the pleasure of partnering with Natalie and Ross this year (check out Chomps Beef Sticks are for Closers and Make your quarterly goal to be a Chompian)! We're so excited to delve further into Natalie and Ross' lives and discuss how they began their influencing and podcasting careers. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? Natalie: Growing up in Silicon Valley, my entrepreneurial spirit developed at a very young age. From washing my neighbors cars in my parents’ driveway to selling customized friendship bracelets at age ten, I found fulfillment in creating mini businesses. This drive carried into my adulthood as I attended the University of Notre Dame and founded a jewelry business, BAND Jewelry. After graduating, I moved to San Francisco to start a career in consulting. As I navigated post-grad life, I found light with friends and colleagues in bonding over both frustrating and comedic shared experiences of the corporate world. When the pandemic hit in 2020, a combination of boredom and the challenging adjustment to a remote work environment led me to content creation, and ultimately gave birth to @corporatenatalie. Today, I live in San Francisco with three roommates. Outside of content creation, I enjoy running (sometimes), traveling, trying out new restaurants with friends, and spending quality time with my family. Ross: I always pictured myself making it to the MLB as a left-handed pitcher. I pursued that dream through college at Occidental in Los Angeles and spent another two years playing professional independent baseball post-grad. When it was time to find a more traditional career path I realized my degree in Psychology didn’t really set me up for much. I found myself in real estate sales for a year, then made my way over to tech sales. My intro to tech sales was at Oracle in 2013, where Corporate Bro was born. I couldn’t believe how wild the experience of being an SDR was and decided I had to record bits on Vine (remember Vine?). From there I spent a few years at Glassdoor, and then at a handful of start-ups before attending Stanford business school in 2018. Coming out of grad school I jumped all in on content creation and go-to-market consulting. Today I live in SF with my wife and massive goldendoodle Dex. I still play in a competitive baseball league and golf way more than I should. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Ross: I try to find humor in everything. Tragedy is comedy, right? When you find a way to laugh at a situation you tell the universe, “it’s all good, baby! La dee da da da life goes on!" Natalie: When life's speedbumps slow you down (as they inevitably do for all of us), I remind myself that these feelings and situations are temporary. It might not feel true in the moment, but everything does improve with time..If you zoom out and see life from this perspective, it can help give you the push you need! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” Natalie: So confused what this means but for me, I’ll always be in the middle seat at a group dinner. Larry David eloquently calls this the “middler” and I pride myself on coming to every dinner table with at least five funny stories to tell. Ross: I’d rather be the coach of a great team, than the star player of a good team. I love helping people realize their potential! What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Ross: I need physical activity for my mental health. I carve out time on my calendar for the gym, and really prioritize protecting that time block. I’ve learned that without a physical outlet, my mental health and creativity take a huge hit. Natalie: Getting up early in the morning! I was never a morning person, but since incorporating some personal time into my mornings before the day begins, I've found that I show up as a more peaceful and improved version of myself. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? Natalie: My goal this year is to read a whole lot more. Wish me luck - I’m one book in so far… Ross: I’m trying to scroll less - screen time before bed has become such a routine for me and I know that my sleep is suffering as a result. In honor of Father's Day this month, we're highlighting Jeff Bekos, a devoted husband and father whose initiative, "One Dad's Mission," aims to raise awareness, encourage volunteerism, and generate funds to ensure that Ronald McDonald House can continue its vital work for another 50 years. Starting July 29th, Jeff is embarking on a 4,600-mile cross-country bike ride from California to Pennsylvania stopping at 26 Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) along the route to share his family's story. Chomps will be keeping Jeff and RMHC families fueled by donating meat sticks to each of the 26 RMHC locations along Jeff's cross-country trek. Ronald McDonald House stands as a beacon of hope and support for families grappling with the profound challenges of having a sick child. I'm a devoted husband and father whose life was forever changed on July 5, 2013, at 8:15 am. On that day, my 13-year-old daughter, Hailey, came down for breakfast and within 15 seconds, her world and ours were turned upside down. What I initially thought was a stroke led us to our local hospital, where she experienced the first of thousands of seizures. Hailey was quickly transported to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where her condition worsened. Over the next few days, she endured two more grand mal seizures, stopped breathing, and fell into a coma that lasted four agonizing months. The doctors prepared my wife and me for the worst, but we refused to give up hope. During this unimaginably difficult time, our family found a temporary home at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, where we stayed for 254 days as Hailey fought for her life. The support and kindness we received there were invaluable. Against all odds, Hailey emerged from her coma and began a two-year recovery journey that defied every expectation. Today, she is thriving and living her best life, a testament to her strength and determination. Our experience has profoundly shaped me. Now, as a dad, husband, and someone devoted to helping others, I channel my energy into supporting families facing similar challenges. Our story is a reminder of the power of hope, the strength of the human spirit, and the importance of community. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Staying positive has always been a priority for me, even though I’ve known that life wouldn’t be easy. There are good days and bad days, and I believe each holds valuable lessons. The key is not to let the bad days bring you down. I draw my inner strength from prayer and my faith, which provide a foundation of hope and resilience. I focus on doing the best I can, not just for myself, but also for my family and friends. It’s about finding balance and learning from every experience, whether it's positive or negative. By embracing this mindset, I aim to stay strong and positive, supporting those I love and making the most of each day. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I am not sure I consider myself a "game changer". My dedication is to focus on the positive and minimizing the negative aspects of life. When engaging with others, I make it a point to truly listen and understand their message, always hoping to learn from their experiences. I live by the saying, "walking in their shoes," which helps me empathize and connect on a deeper level. The greatest joy for me comes from helping others, knowing that even small acts of kindness and support can make a significant difference in their lives. This approach not only enriches my life, but I hope that it creates a ripple effect of positivity and change in the lives of those around me. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? The best thing I do for my health every day, both mentally and physically, is bicycling as much as I can. As I get older, I’m also focusing on minimizing stress and discovering my better "inner self." Cycling not only keeps me physically fit but also provides a mental escape and a sense of freedom. It helps clear my mind and reduces stress, allowing me to stay balanced and centered. This daily practice enables me to be the best version of myself, ready to support my family and help others. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? To challenge myself in the next year, I'm undertaking a significant journey to honor the 50th Anniversary of the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House, the very first house, which has now grown to 390 houses in over 60 countries, helping millions of families every day. Starting on July 29th, I will embark on a 4,600-mile bike ride from the Orange County, CA house, stopping at 26 Ronald McDonald Houses along the way, and finishing at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House on October 12th. This initiative, "One Dad's Mission," aims to raise awareness, encourage volunteerism, and generate funds to ensure that RMHC can continue its vital work for another 50 years. Through this challenge, I hope to make a meaningful impact and support a cause that has been instrumental in my own family's journey. What is your favorite Chomps product? In honor of Mother's Day this month, we're highlighting one of our very own Chompain moms and Associate of Talent Acquisition for Chomps, Jamie Schoepke! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I am a wife, girl mom, podcaster, health and fitness specialist and an Associate of Talent Acquisition for Chomps! Health and wellness has been a passion of mine for a long time. My dad inspired me from a young age to eat organic, nutrient dense food and approach health from a holistic lens. The last decade I have worked in the health and fitness industry teaching group fitness classes and facilitating wellness programs. I appreciate Chomps for taking the guess work out of fueling my day. It is a privilege to be a Chompian representing this amazing brand and community! What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Gratitude has been a practice I've leaned in to for many years. Recently I have been saying the word DELIGHT when I notice something positive in my day has helped me appreciate those moments in real time. I also take it a step further and share those moments on social media to encourage others to recognize the delights in their day. I am also intentional about the content I consume and the people I surround myself with are positive. It keeps me inspired! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I consider myself an ambitious woman looking for ways to continue to create a positive impact. One particular example of this is when my twin sister Jules and I launched our Positive on Purpose podcast during the pandemic in 2020. It was our opportunity to shine a positive light and share real-life and research on how to live a life more positive on purpose at a time when many people were feeling worried and anxious. We haven't missed an episode since we launched and are quickly approaching our 200th episode! We care deeply about staying consistent while navigating full-time careers, raising babies and staying mentally fit. Supporting others in their health and wellness journey brings us so much joy! What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Be mindful and intentional of what I consume (food, drinks, thoughts), strength training, walking, Yoga, listening to podcasts/audible, gratitude, sleep, connecting with family and friends, surrounding myself with other Chompian game changers! How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? Continue to grow personally by leaning into journaling, I struggle to stay consistent with it but I know how powerful it can be. Professionally my sister and I are looking to continue to grow our podcast community and have a goal of monetizing it. I also want to continue challenging myself in the HR and Talent Acquisition space to offer the best possible candidate and employee experience. With great privilege comes great responsibility and it's my goal to leave a positive impression on those I support and connect with. What is your favorite Chomps product? Sea Salt Beef! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? Hello! I’m Molly, I live in Austin, TX with my husband and I have been running for 10+ years. I am a firm believer that you don’t have to be fast to run far. I love building up others and encouraging them to set big goals! Whether it’s your first 5k, marathon or 50 miler, I help runners feel less alone in their journey by sharing my personal running stories online. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” My goal in sharing content online is to show others that if you set your mind to it, you CAN do it! I share relatable running content with positivity and joy because that’s exactly how running should feel. I love that running is so inclusive and I am always reminded of that on race day; I want to do my part to ensure it feels that way online, too. What is your morning routine? I wake up around 5:30 or 6:00 am, read my Bible and journal before getting my run in. I work full-time and always make sure to do my runs in the morning before work! Jess is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Therapy and her passion for wellness stems from her own journey with nutrition. Read on to hear about how Jess' tips for staying positive, her morning routine and how she plans to challenge herself in the next year! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? You can call me Jess :) I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Masters in Nutrition Therapy, specializing in women's hormone health, blood sugar balance. I’m the founder of my brand, Nourished By Nutrition, which is a resource for helping women optimize their wellness through every season of life -- without obsession or perfection. My passion for this area of wellness stemmed from my own journey with nutrition and wellness. I’ve struggled with disorder eating, striving for perfection, hormone imbalance and gut issues. My journey and healing has helped me realize how much other women are also struggling. In a wellness crazed society, it’s easy to want a quick fix or to compare your journey to others, but I help women get back to the foundational habits and focus on their own journey so they can optimize their wellness and heal. I'm also a wife and mom of two boys (ages 4 and 1) who keep me busy and my house like a tornado ran thorough it. We also have two furry Poms, Stella and Alvin. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? I've learned that this is a daily practice. Journaling or at the very least, listing out 3 things I'm grateful for daily allows me to shift my perspective even if I'm starting to spiral. A huge mindset shift for me has been looking for the glimmers around me, even when things aren't going as planned or when I'm in a funk. This helps bring positivity to the moment and helps me remember the blessings that I have no matter the circumstance. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” By bringing my unique experiences and education to be a resource for attainable wellness for women. Whether it's though recipes, tips or other resources I share, or just as a listening ear or trusted friend. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? My early mornings to myself and acts of self-care sprinkled throughout the day help me show up as the best version of myself. I typically wake up between 4-5am without an alarm. This is my "me time" until the kids wake up around 7am. I journal, or read, sip my coffee with breakfast uninterrupted and move my body based on how I'm feeling that day. I also work a little during this time or use it to get organized for the day. Ever since having kids I've realized that there isn't a "perfect" time to set aside to prioritize wellness but rather is has to be added where it can (and this can look different daily). I'm more flexible with how I include the daily practices but I make an effort to do something for myself throughout the day. This often looks like gua sha and dry brushing after my shower, making a tea after putting the kids down for a nap and taking a moment to pause and breathe, breathwork or meditation before even getting out of bed. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? I'm actually challenging myself to take on less and dedicate more so that I can focus on what really lights me up in my business. Right now I wear all the hats and often feel spread too thin trying to balancing it all while being on 100% of the time as a mom. By letting go of controlling everything, I'm hoping to gain more time in the present and show up more fully doing what I'm good at. What is your favorite Chomps product? Original Turkey How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? In the last 4 years, I've really changed the way I've eaten and have only experienced benefits. Going from vegan, to mostly plants, to now a high protein animal and plant-based diet. I'm realized the importance of protein and blood sugar balance for my energy levels and hormone health. We're excited to feature our Chompian of the Month, division one volleyball athlete and aspiring dental hygienist, Shayla Meyer! Shayla's attitude and energy make her a game changer, and her favorite part of the day is her morning routine. Chomps has helped Shayla fuel on-the-go, whether running to class after morning lift or keeping her nourished throughout lectures. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I am a proud member of the Ole Miss Volleyball team and am studying to become a dental hygienist once my volleyball career is complete. I love being active and take a lot of pride in living a healthy lifestyle through my diet, movements, recovery, and relationships! Growing up in rural Nebraska and living on a farm my entire childhood, my family was also very active. Both of my parents were collegiate athletes as well as my three older sisters. They were diligent in teaching us the importance of hard work, resiliency, and competitiveness from a young age, and I have my family to thank for the opportunities I have been blessed with and the mindset I developed! What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? I am a believer that everything happens for a reason. Staying positive is not always easy, especially when everything in life seems to be going wrong. Learning thanksgiving and appreciating these experiences has helped me live with a positive mindset. How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I consider myself a game changer because of the attitude and energy I bring to my relationships. Taking care of myself and being healthy off the court is something I take a lot of pride in and has led me to be more dependable and positively influential to my teammates, friends, and family. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Something that is so important to my health is self-care and personal time. Being constantly on the go with meetings, practice, weights, classes, and attempting to have a social life, my social battery gets very low. Every day, I wake up early enough so I can go through my morning routine (my favorite part of the day) and at night I take time to settle down and let my mind clear before going to sleep. I find so much joy in a slow morning and setting myself up in preparation for a busy day. Finding this personal time has been vital to keeping my mental health sane through my hectic life. How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? A challenge I am taking on this year is becoming the healthiest version of myself yet. I am learning what my body needs for peak performance and developing habits to support that, so further exploring that this year will be so much fun and I can’t wait to feel the process and see the progress! What is your favorite Chomps product? Salt & Pepper Venison! How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle? Chomps has been so helpful to fueling my life as a division one volleyball athlete (and student!) by replenishing me during my midday rush. I go to classes right after morning lift and practice, so I don’t have time to sit down and eat a proper lunch until I get home. We're excited to feature our youngest Chompian(s) of the Month, brothers Colin and Mason Peck, who are avid snowboarders, hikers, and violinists. Colin and Mason exemplify game changers by their dedication to getting better every day while treating others with kindness along the way. As we set goals for the year ahead, we are so excited to feature Colin and Mason and highlight their commitment to self-improvement both in and out of the classroom! Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? We both started snowboarding in kindergarten and are still loving it. We can now go anywhere on the mountain and have gone snowboarding in Vermont and Colorado. We are obsessed with the back bowls at Vail! Throughout the years we have played all different sports. We have both played soccer and basketball and we have each tried different things like fencing, kickball, and competitive cubing. We have been hiking the Adirondack high peaks and Mason just became a 46er! Colin is in a snowboard training program and every year he learns new tricks to try on the slopes! We both play the violin, are huge LEGO fans and there is no better way to relax after a long day in the mountains than playing video games on the ride home! What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? Do things that you enjoy and be nice! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” We try to put a ton of effort into the things we want to get better at and try to treat others with kindness every day. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself? Squeezing in a little exercise everyday, whether it’s extra basketball practice before school or getting in more baseball practice, anything to keep moving! How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year? Colin wants to work on mastering a 720 and Mason wants to work on pitching faster. We both plan to do more hiking, working on the Northeast 111 and the Tri-Lakes TRIFECTA! What is your favorite Chomps product(s)? Chompian of the Month: Lindsay Wark

For our Chompian of the Month, we have Lindsay Wark! As November is Epilepsy Awareness Month, we're excited to share Lindsay's journey, positive outlook, plus her favorite Chomps flavor. Learn more about Lindsay below and how she navigates living with epilepsy. Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? I am 33 years old, have two sisters and recently moved to Florida from Illinois. I graduated from the University of Iowa REACH Program in 2012 – Go Hawkeyes! I was diagnosed with epilepsy and underwent brain surgery as a small baby. The surgery was a success (woohoo!) and I lived seizure free until I was 14 years old. Since then, it has been a journey of finding the right medications that work for my epilepsy and although not perfect, medication has allowed me to manage my seizures and be able to live my life! You never know when or how life will throw new challenges at you, but what’s important is how you deal with them. What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? I wake up every day focused on the positive rather than thinking about the things that are difficult for me. I also try to be patient with myself and others which leads to more room for positivity! I am so fortunate to have support from my family and friends who push me to be the best person I can be. What’s your workout routine? I love being outdoors. Nearly every morning I walk for 45 minutes and often swim in the pool – new perks of living in Florida! For fun, I recently started playing bocce ball! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I am a game changer because I take on every challenge with my head held high, sleeves rolled up and ready to tackle it. No challenge is too big for me to overcome, and I’ve learned that it’s ok to ask for help. I have a great and supportive network of friends and family and often we are better at tackling challenges together. We are all game changers because we encourage, support and lean on one another. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health? Walking each morning takes care of my physical health and music takes care of the mental health. Music is my go-to therapy. I enjoy all genres of music, but country is what I listen to most. Music for me is both inspirational and healing. What is your favorite Chomps product? Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.? Hi! I'm a former health magazine reporter turned stay-at-home-mom to four awesome kids, ages 2 through 8. We love spending lots of time outside hiking and exploring as a family and when we're home we're often cooking delicious food, baking treats, working on a puzzle, reading books, and hanging out together! What’s your best tip on how to stay positive? I feel really grateful for our life and our family. I think a general sense of gratitude leads to an overall positive outlook on life! What’s your workout routine? I love hiking outside with our family as much as possible! I also try to do an at-home yoga practice a few days each week using the Downdog app! How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” I think finding the joy in day-to-day life with kids might seem game-changing to some. For a long time there's been a lot of negativity around being a mom, so seeing how a mom can enjoy being with her kids offers a different perspective. How much I love being a mom has been the biggest and best surprise of my life. What’s the best thing you do for your personal health? I wake up early every morning and read for about 45 minutes in a quiet house with a warm cup of coffee. It's my favorite way to start the day doing something just for me that's grounding and relaxing before diving into our busy days! What is your favorite Chomps product? We LOVE the Turkey Chomplings!
