This month we're so excited to feature Brian as our Chompian of the Month! We've been fortunate enough to partner with Brian and believe you will find his story as inspiring as we have!

Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.?

I've always had a passion for sports & competition. I played baseball into my college years at the D1 level but eventually had to hang up the cleats when I realized my future was not going to be playing professionally. I felt lost & at a crossroads. I call it my quarter life crisis. I didn’t know who I was and what my purpose in life was. I began to believe the lie that my best days were behind me. Eventually, I rediscovered my passion for training. Only this time, I wasn’t training to win the game or make it to the playoffs. I was training to be fit for life. Training like an athlete & fueling my body with great sources of energy became gasoline for me to pour on my inner fire. I never wanted to look back. Now I create & document my experience on my IG & YouTube. I coach high value men 1:1 & partner with the Ladder app (Team Vitality) to give people the best workout experience on the planet. I get to work with brands that I love & enjoy, while also creating space for in-person summits & events to inspire others to elevate their lives. I believe health is wealth & that we are made to be strong, happy & healthy. Being fit for me means being full of life, passion & energy. Health is physical, mental & spiritual. It’s my passion to pursue my potential & inspire others to do the same. Because when we become more, we can create more, give more & experience more. 


What’s your best tip on how to stay positive?

Remember always that life is happening for you, not to you. So instead of defaulting to, "why is this happening to me?!" Ask yourself, "what is this teaching me?" Then go through the basic blessings. Your body, health, family or friends, the ability to move & make decisions. A sound mind & potential to become more, create more, and experience more. It's a beautiful thing to remember these things as it keeps us content but never complacent.

How do you consider yourself a “game changer?”

I believe I'm a gamechanger because I remind people who they truly are & their God-given potential. I help them see their value, strive for their potential & dream about their possibilities. It's my passion to help others step into their greatness by taking consistent positive action by remembering who they are & their limitless potential.


What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself?

It's hard to limit this to JUST ONE 🤣 I'd say movement. It's truly my therapy and my chance to create, gather my thoughts, give thanks for life, dance with my daughter, adventure with my wife, etc. It's the biggest blessing to have a capable body to experience life.


How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year?

I'll be hosting three, 3 day live summits this year with 15 guys at each. I also plan on growing my local pathos community to 100 guys in person for beach workouts.

What is your favorite Chomps product?

How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle?

It gives me high quality source of protein on the run. My life doesn't slow down anytime soon. I need snacks and fuel that can keep up.
