In honor of Mother's Day this month, we're highlighting one of our very own Chompain moms and Associate of Talent Acquisition for Chomps, Jamie Schoepke!
Can you tell us about yourself - what you do, a bit about your story, etc.?
I am a wife, girl mom, podcaster, health and fitness specialist and an Associate of Talent Acquisition for Chomps! Health and wellness has been a passion of mine for a long time. My dad inspired me from a young age to eat organic, nutrient dense food and approach health from a holistic lens. T
he last decade I have worked in the health and fitness industry teaching group fitness classes and facilitating wellness programs. I appreciate Chomps for taking the guess work out of fueling my day. It is a privilege to be a Chompian representing this amazing brand and community!
What’s your best tip on how to stay positive?
Gratitude has been a practice I've leaned in to for many years. Recently I have been saying the word DELIGHT when I notice something positive in my day has helped me appreciate those moments in real time. I also take it a step further and share those moments on social media to encourage others to recognize the delights in their day. I am also intentional about the content I consume and the people I surround myself with are positive. It keeps me inspired!
How do you consider yourself a “game changer?”
I consider myself an ambitious woman looking for ways to continue to create a positive impact. One particular example of this is when my twin sister Jules and I launched our Positive on Purpose podcast during the pandemic in 2020. It was our opportunity to shine a positive light and share real-life and research on how to live a life more positive on purpose at a time when many people were feeling worried and anxious.
We haven't missed an episode since we launched and are quickly approaching our 200th episode! We care deeply about staying consistent while navigating full-time careers, raising babies and staying mentally fit. Supporting others in their health and wellness journey brings us so much joy!
What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical or both!) that allows you to be the best version of yourself?
Be mindful and intentional of what I consume (food, drinks, thoughts), strength training, walking, Yoga, listening to podcasts/audible, gratitude, sleep, connecting with family and friends, surrounding myself with other Chompian game changers!
How are you planning to challenge yourself in the next year?
Continue to grow personally by leaning into journaling, I struggle to stay consistent with it but I know how powerful it can be. Professionally my sister and I are looking to continue to grow our podcast community and have a goal of monetizing it. I also want to continue challenging myself in the HR and Talent Acquisition space to offer the best possible candidate and employee experience. With great privilege comes great responsibility and it's my goal to leave a positive impression on those I support and connect with.

How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle?
On the go in my bag for myself or my family when we are running errands, at sporting events or snacks in church. I find lately it's a great 10am snack in between meetings or that mid-afternoon source of fuel to finish the work day strong!
