She discovered her love for health and fitness during her own weight loss journey, inspiring her to launch LSF.

What’s your best tip on how to stay positive?
I always remind myself daily of the silver linings in life. Even in our most difficult situations, there is a lesson to be learned or some piece of positive outcome that we can build on.
What’s your workout routine?
I use my Love Sweat Fitness app for all my daily workouts! I love the 3 to 1 strength to cardio method I developed for my circuit workouts. It gives me the perfect sweat sesh and can be done at-home in 30-40 minutes.
How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” This is 100% open to your interpretation!
I feel like I've been able to change the game with the Love Sweat Fitness approach to health and fitness. We are a community of strong women FIRST and we also kick butt in our workouts, not the other way around. Building a place that allows for the support and motivation we all need to be happier and healthier has been so impactful for me and all of the women who are a part of Team LSF.
What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical)?
I make sure to always do my LSF Daily 10 workout. Getting in this 10 minutes of movement at a minimum makes all the difference.
