Meet Tara, our April Chompian of the month! We discovered Tara's incredible story through an inspiring feature on Women's Health and knew we had to share with you. Tara changed her life when she found a realistic way to lose 100lbs and keep the weight off naturally.

Tara is an entrepreneur, a creative, and a true inspiration to all of us over at Chomps.

What’s your best tip on how to stay positive?

Staying positive takes some mindful practice. Not every thought we are going to have is positive, but finding a way to turn it into something positive is key.

What’s your workout routine?

I’m currently in prep for my second body building show, so my current workout routine is...

  • Running/Walking cardio 4x a week
  • LISS cardio 2x a week
  • Back 2x a week
  • Shoulders
  • Chest/Arms
  • Legs 2x a week

How do you consider yourself a “game changer?” This is 100% open to your interpretation!

I consider myself a game changer due to the fact I don’t conform to the dieting norms. I worked so hard to change my mindset and my body to naturally lose 101lbs and keep it off.

What’s the best thing you do for your personal health everyday (mental or physical)?

The biggest thing I do for my mental and physical health is to move my body. It truly makes me happy and I know it’s great for my body. On my lifting days I’ll lift and my day off I’ll be mindful to just move my body, cleaning is a big one for me.

What is your favorite Chomps product?

Original Turkey sticks 😍 The besttttt!!!

How does Chomps fuel your lifestyle?

Chomps has been a big part of my lifestyle, this company has made my favorite snack (beef jerky) more delicious and macro-friendly! 💓
