Our Story

We craved something better

We wanted a snack that stood above the rest. So we set out to create a high-quality protein option thatā€™s delicious enough to share.

How We Started

Pete was a personal trainer. He craved a protein snack, free of sugar and preservatives ā€” that didnā€™t sacrifice on flavor and convenience.

Rashid was sick of conflicting nutrition information. He was hungry for a simple snack made from real ingredients and packed with flavor.

We got to work

With so much conflicting information surrounding food, we realized that people want to make the best choices, but arenā€™t sure what is truly good for them. We decided to eliminate the guesswork and created simple snacks made with real ingredients that are thoughtfully-sourced.

Letter from our founders

We started Chomps when we were both single, working, young professionals that were always on the hunt for on-the-go protein. Now that we both have families and realize how hard it is to find high-quality snacks, we've found a whole new motivation. Itā€™s a great feeling seeing our kids enjoying the snack that we created!
