Lori Vollkommer is a true inspiration! Say hello to our November Chompian of the month, Lori! Lori was a childhood gymnast who was forced to cut her career short after a spinal fracture. Despite this injury and a ruptured ACL, at age 49, Lori decided to start training again. Shortly after, she was back on the mat competing as an adult! She has earned 27 gold medals since then.

Talk about inspiration! Lori believes in challenging your limits and staying active by keeping things in your life that bring you joy. She says life brings obstacles, but she is living proof that at age 53, you can still be a game changer with the right mindset, dedication, proper nutrition and having a good support team.
