#1. RAINBOW SCRAMBLED EGGS
Ingredients
3 Omega-3 Enriched Eggs
3 Tomatoes (Gigi used one red, one orange, and one yellow for the “rainbow” effect.)
1 bunch Raw Spinach (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Sticks Original Chomps, diced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions
POUR olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
ADD tomatoes, let cook for a minute.
ADD spinach, let cook for another minute or two, stirring occasionally.
CRACK eggs into the pan, sprinkle in diced Chomps, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder and stir.
COOK for another 5 – 6 minutes, until eggs are cooked.

#2. VIRGIN BLOODY MARY
Ingredients
15-oz no-sugar-added Tomato Sauce
1 Stick Jalapeño Flavor Chomps, diced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 to 1-1/2 tbsp Grated Horseradish Root
1/3-cup No-Sugar Worcestershire Sauce
1/2-tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2-tsp Paprika
1/2- tsp Garlic Powder
1/4- tsp Black Pepper
1/4- tsp Salt
1 Stick Original Flavor Chomps as a garnish/stir
Directions
COMBINE all ingredients together and stir (or if you’re using a mason jar… Shake!)
OPTIONAL: add alcohol

#3. GARDEN SOUP
Recipe #3 is from our friends at Paleohacks. We love all the creative ways they add Chomps to healthy Paleo diet meals.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 Yellow Onion, diced
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
¼-cup Carrot, chopped
¼-cup Celery, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Basil
½-cup Chomps Beef Stick, chopped
1 cup Chicken or Vegetable Broth
Directions
Heat carrots, celery, onion, and garlic in skillet with olive oil. Add in diced tomatoes and stir. After 2 minutes, add in beef jerky, broth and basil and simmer on low for at least 20 minutes or until carrots have softened. Chomps beefs up healthy soups!
