- 2 yellow onions
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups plain greek yogurt (or sour cream) 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp chives
Chomps Beef Sticks
Slice your onions thinly. Melt butter in a large sauté pan over medium low heat. Add onions and saute for about 20-30 minutes until deep golden brown.
Remove from heat and let cool.
In a medium bowl, mix together greek yogurt and cream cheese. Stir until well combined.
Add most of the caramelized onions but leave a few leftovers to top the dip with. Season with
salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chives.
Serve in a bowl alongside chomps, veggies, potato chips, crackers, etc.
