Holiday Themed Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of marcona almonds
  • 1 cup of mixed grapes, green and red
  • Toasted Fig Crackers
  • Simple Mills almond flour crackers
  • 1⁄2 cup whole milk ricotta
  • 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1 pack of prosciutto
  • Honey
  • Chomps Beef Sticks - variety
  • Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
  • Brie

Directions

1. Arrange nuts, fruit and crackers onto a cutting board or platter in the form of a Christmas tree. Use rosemary and thyme spirgs in between layers to create that tree effect. Put ricotta on top of crackers, top with prosciutto, pomegranate seeds and honey.
