Ingredients
- 1 cup of marcona almonds
- 1 cup of mixed grapes, green and red
- Toasted Fig Crackers
- Simple Mills almond flour crackers
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk ricotta
- 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 pack of prosciutto
- Honey
- Chomps Beef Sticks - variety
- Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
- Brie
Directions
1. Arrange nuts, fruit and crackers onto a cutting board or platter in the form of a Christmas tree. Use rosemary and thyme spirgs in between layers to create that tree effect. Put ricotta on top of crackers, top with prosciutto, pomegranate seeds and honey.
