- 2 Jalapeno Beef Chomps sticks, chopped
- 3 cups of shredded potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
- Chopped fresh chives for garnish
