Ingredients:
Pasta salad:
ā¢ 1 bag of brown rice fusilli
ā¢ 1 cup arugula
ā¢ 8 oz cooked peas
ā¢ 1 cup cherry tomatoes (multi colored)
ā¢ 1 zucchini
ā¢ 4-5 asparagus spears
ā¢ 2 Sea Salt Beef Chomps
ā¢ Ā¼ cup chopped herbs, basil/parsley
Dressing:
ā¢ Ā¼ cup ACV
ā¢ 2 tbsp honey
ā¢ 2 tbsp dijon
ā¢ 2 garlic cloves, minced
ā¢ Salt and pepper
ā¢ Ā½ cup olive oil

Directions:
- Make pasta according to the package. Then combine peas, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced asparagus and thinly sliced beef chomps together in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
- Drain and rinse pasta. Add to bowl with veggies and then make your dressing.
- Coat the pasta salad in the dressing and mix together well. Enjoy!
