Spring Pea Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

Pasta salad: 

• 1 bag of brown rice fusilli 
• 1 cup arugula 
• 8 oz cooked peas
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes (multi colored)
• 1 zucchini 
• 4-5 asparagus spears
• 2 Sea Salt Beef Chomps 
• ¼ cup chopped herbs, basil/parsley 

Dressing:
• ¼ cup ACV
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp dijon 
• 2 garlic cloves, minced 
• Salt and pepper
• ½ cup olive oil

Directions: 

  1. Make pasta according to the package. Then combine peas, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced asparagus and thinly sliced beef chomps together in a bowl with a little salt and pepper. 

  2. Drain and rinse pasta. Add to bowl with veggies and then make your dressing.

  3. Coat the pasta salad in the dressing and mix together well. Enjoy!
