Ingredients:
Pasta salad:
⢠1 bag of brown rice fusilli
⢠1 cup arugula
⢠8 oz cooked peas
⢠1 cup cherry tomatoes (multi colored)
⢠1 zucchini
⢠4-5 asparagus spears
⢠2 Sea Salt Beef Chomps
⢠¼ cup chopped herbs, basil/parsley
Dressing:
⢠¼ cup ACV
⢠2 tbsp honey
⢠2 tbsp dijon
⢠2 garlic cloves, minced
⢠Salt and pepper
⢠½ cup olive oil
Directions:
- Make pasta according to the package. Then combine peas, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced asparagus and thinly sliced beef chomps together in a bowl with a little salt and pepper.
- Drain and rinse pasta. Add to bowl with veggies and then make your dressing.
- Coat the pasta salad in the dressing and mix together well. Enjoy!
