- 1 lb shaved turkey breast
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup romaine leaves
- Handful of microgreens
- Dairy-free cream cheese
- 1 pack of unsweetened dried cranberries
- 2 Original Cranberry Habanero Beef or Original Turkey Chomps sticks
- 8 toothpicks
Create your wrap by spreading about 2 tbsp of cream cheese on each tortilla, topping with a few slices of turkey, a few sliced pieces of your Chomps sticks, a handful of microgreens, and then tossing a few dried cranberries on top. Roll up and then slice into 3rds to make “turkey cranberry pinwheels”.
Serve with a side of veggies, apples or your favorite chips.
