Keto Protein Waffle

Welcome to your new low-carb, high-protein breakfast... that tastes fantastic! Get your waffle maker ready for this quick Keto breakfast. 

Ingredients: (Makes one full-sized waffle)

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (finely shredded works best)
  • 1 Sliced CHOMPS Stick (Jalapeno Beef or flavor of choice)
  • Oil or Spray to grease the waffle maker
  • Optional Toppings (Mexican Version): Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, Sour Cream, Green Onions
  • Optional Toppings (Sweet Version): Syrup, Butter 



  1. Grease your waffle maker
  2. Whisk two eggs with one cup of cheese
  3. Stir in sliced CHOMPS
  4. Pour egg mixture into waffle maker
  5. Close, flip and allow time to crisp
  6. Top with your favorite sweet or savory toppings & Enjoy!
