Grilled Beef Kabobs

For the ideal mix of veggies and meat for summer parties and get togethers, these beef kabobs are what every event needs. They come together in less than 15 minutes and pair perfectly with our watermelon, feta and mint salad.




• 6-7 Italian Beef Chomps
• 1 red pepper
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 red onion
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 2 zucchinis
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp garlic
• ½ tsp oregano
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup mozzarella (cubes or balls, whichever looks better to fit on a skewer)
• 8 skewers (metal preferred)




  1. First prep the veggies and Chomps. Cut all veggies into about the same size chunks (similar to the photo above) and then cut each Chomp into 1/3s.

  2. Leave the cherry tomatoes whole and cut the zucchini into 1” thick rounds.

  3. Then mix the veggies and Chomps with the parsley, salt, pepper and olive.

  4. Place onto skewers and grill for about 10-12 minutes on medium high heat until fully cooked.
