Impress your guests with these beautiful and flavorful rosemary snack mix charcuterie cups at your next gathering. Homemade rosemary roasted mixed nuts are the perfect complement to Original Beef Chomps sticks & creates the perfect bite every time!
- 4-5 Original Beef Chomps sticks
- 2 cups raw, unsalted mixed nuts
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 8 slices Manchego cheese
- 2 slices Colby Jack cheese, cut into flower shapes with a veggie cutter
- 1 green apple, diced
- Rosemary sprigs and fresh thyme for garnish
Preheat the oven to 375º degrees.
In a mixing bowl combine the raw mixed nuts, coconut oil, maple syrup and stir well.
Sprinkle in the dried rosemary, cayenne pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
Spread out the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool.
Add a small piece of brown parchment paper to 4-6 small jars or cups.
Place 2-3 pieces of diced apple on a few toothpicks.
Add a few tablespoons of the rosemary mixed nuts to the bottoms of the cups.
Add your Original Beef chomps stick, 1-2 slices of manchego cheese,green apple on toothpicks, a sprig of rosemary or thyme, and finish with a couple colby jack cheese flowers. Enjoy!
